Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations
- Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees. Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver a superior customer experience, and perform daily job functions
- Manage employee and automated users parking oppertation
- Maximize profitability through revenue control procedures and managing the operation's budget
- Monitor location maintenance for cleanliness standards.
- Responsible for the transponder inventory for all lots monthly
- Monitor, track, and maintain Airport Concessionaires and Air Lines issued parking permit accounts
Qualifications
What you need
- 3-5 years management experience
- Computer Skills: Intermediate Excel knowledge required, Word, Excel, Email
- High degree of accuracy; great attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective Communication and Organization Skills required
