Payroll Coordinator Field

Responsibilities

• Approve Kronos punches on a bi-weekly basis
• Add sick and vacation days in Kronos
• Run Hours Reports from Kronos
• Request special payroll on demand check requests
• Address employee questions/issues regarding punches in Kronos timekeeping system or other payroll related inquiries/issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

Salary Range:  $32.90-$33.90/hr

• At least 2 years of payroll experience
• Associate’s Degree a plus
• Detail oriented, well organized, high degree of accuracy.
• Commitment to team work
• Enjoy fast-paced environment
• Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Word and Excel skills
• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
