Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role involves ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure the functionality of equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Conduct welding tasks for repairs and modifications.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and improve processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising others is a plus.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques and welding processes is desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
