Commission-basedRequires travel to different storesThe sales associate supports the sales and operations out of the given Spa Palace location including spa sales, counter sales, warehouse management, inventory, customer service, and service as applicable. For all hot tub, sauna and cold plunge sales completed by the associate, the associate is responsible for overseeing the full process from ordering to delivery as well as managing ongoing customer relationships. The sales associate will have days split across multiple stores and will support with events. The associate will be reimbursed for mileage beyond 30 miles from primary store locations. Inventory management Share with store manager any ordering or inventory needs for the storeProactively manage floor inventory, letting the bookkeeper know of any desired ordersOversee product placement in store to ensure visually appealing and accessible presentationOversee product storage in warehouse to ensure products are well maintained and easily procuredMaintain inventory in Profit, including all store trades, delivery pickups, etc. Store presentationSupport the store manager with store set up, including layout, cleanliness, and decorSupport the store manager with maintenance for the "restoration" room for customers to try out spa products, with all items necessary for a customer visit; ensure room is invitingEnsure bathrooms, offices, kitchen, and other facilities are maintained and cleanEnsure petty cash is available and accounted for, providing bookkeeper with daily cash totalsCustomer serviceAnswer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department as neededProvide support to customers through water tests, training on chemicals and maintenance, and troubleshootingRespond to customer escalations from the service and delivery departments
