Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present products and solutions.
- Support outbound sales efforts by following up on leads and conducting cold calls.
- Manage inventory and assist in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to manage sales support and outbound sales activities
- Proficient in automotive sales techniques and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Skills in negotiation, upselling, and B2B sales are a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and experience in inventory management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
