Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 20 years in Undersea Warfare assignments, including in leadership roles
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Military Assistant or Chief of Staff to a DoD senior executive or flag officer
- Experience leading teams in developing rigorous analytic solutions to top-level government and military issues and addressing client questions and issues
- Exercising independent judgment and ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Current DOD Secret security clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

The candidate will work as the Chief of Staff supporting the AUKUS leadership team. Responsibilities will include strategic planning to SES and flag leadership, front office management, coordinating program wide task tracking, coordinating with front office staffs of Pentagon and foreign partners, and ensuring quality of AUKUS leadership deliverables.
