Qualifications
- 20 years experience within NAVSEA, including as a program manager
- Experience advising Team Submarine program managers as an onsite SME
- Experience leading teams in developing rigorous analytic solutions to top-level government and military issues and addressing client questions and issues
- Exercising independent judgment and ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Current DOD Secret security clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Responsibilities
The Senior Advisor for Submarine Programs will advise SPA clients in program management approaches, organizational design and workforce management, integration of program procurement activities into industrial base efforts, and other activities directly supporting Flag / SES leadership. This position is hybrid, potentially remote and / or working out of Washington Navy Yard, in addition to SPA facilities.
