Summary
As a Spa Attendant/Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing front desk operations. Your core skills in efficiently scheduling staff, concise customer communication, and spa cleanliness will ensure a smooth experience for our customers. You will handle scheduling inquiries over the phone, text and email, manage appointments for 5 therapists, and maintain a serene welcoming environment. With premium skills in phone etiquette and retailing, you will effectively promote spa services and products. Your ability to multitask and provide exceptional service will contribute to the overall success of The Skin Hut, making it a preferred destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Experience with retail sales and basic math for pricing
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques
- Ability to manage stocking and inventory efficiently
- Esthetic, Massage, Retail or Marketing experience is a plus!
