Position Description:
SPAARK is seeking an Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity to join the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity. Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, testing all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF).
- Developing TTXs
- Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, devolution, distributed and reconstitution exercises
- Supports testing of all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF)
- Effectively communicating, both orally and in writing, and to present well-considered and sound suggestions that provide a clear understanding of emergency situations and incidents to ensure effective communications and decision-making during a crisis.
- Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences
- Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
