Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the Space Coast Association of REALTORS. As the primary point of contact for members and visitors, this role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor traffic, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry, member applications, and other administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, working effectively in a team environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and processing mail and packages.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a membership-based organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (not applicable for remote work).
