Operations Servicing Specialist II Salary Range:
$19.06 to $20.31 per hour
Operations Servicing Specialist II Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of advanced member inquiries, review and analyze complex deposit accounts, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner and proposing effective solutions.
- Supports the daily operation of the Operations department by executing assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in order to maintain excellent service to members and Team Members.
- Reviews and completes all Deceased Account requirements in a timely manner.
- Tracks and reviews IRA and HSA activity and documentation for compliance, accuracy, and completion. Processes IRA deposits and distributions sent in through the mail in accordance with regulation.
- Actively participate and contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives and the implementation of changes in procedures and documentation to maintain compliance with evolving regulations.
- Reviews legal document requests in accordance with state and federal law, and applicable regulations.
- Remains current in all aspects of the documents reviewed. Seeks additional training and certification opportunities if needed, and completes all required training as necessary.
- Communicates directly with law enforcement and other government agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate member concerns and provide in-depth solutions.
Operations Servicing Specialist II Minimum Criteria
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Prior Experience:
- 1-3 years operations or account servicing experience.
Schedule:
- Full Time, 40 hours a week, during Department hours of operation
- Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Saturdays on Rotation, 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Flex Scheduling and Work From Home Hybrid options available.
