Operations Servicing Specialist Starting Salary Range:
- $16.92- $18.02 Hourly
Operations Servicing Specialist I Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews and completes account research and maintenance requests.
- Researches and completes Verification of Deposit (VOD) requests from Members and outside companies.
- Reviews daily report of Safe Deposit, sends corresponding letters, and informs branches of drill notices when necessary.
- Assists Team Members and Members with questions and concerns involving deposit account and membership documents in the Operations phone queue and make outbound phone calls when required.
- Perform quality control review of new membership eligibility and serves as the Membership Officer on behalf of the credit union.
- Reviews Overdraft Privilege requests and limit increases in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Member inquiries regarding deposit accounts and other related matters. Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to senior Team Members as needed.
Operations Servicing Specialist I Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Operations Servicing Specialist I Schedule
Full Time role, 40 hours a week, within the Department Hours of Operations
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Saturdays on Rotation 9am - 1pm
Salary : $17 - $18
