Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer journey — from onboarding and training to adoption and growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and grow your portfolio.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key advisor to help them achieve their goals.
- Leverage data and performance insights to evaluate customer health, address challenges, and improve satisfaction.
About You
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience (consulting or accounting experience preferred).
- Strong background in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
- Experience with upselling and driving customer expansion is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
