We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Director (Organisational & Leadership Development) to drive leadership growth, talent strategy, and succession planning at a global scale. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the leadership pipeline and fostering a high-performance culture within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement leadership development frameworks, talent strategies, and organisational growth initiatives that align with business objectives. While prior Web3 experience is not required, a background in high-growth technology, fintech, or internet companies is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute leadership development programs to build a robust talent pipeline and accelerate the growth of high-potential leaders.
- Develop frameworks for organisational capability building, cultural transformation, and leadership alignment with business strategy.
- Establish and drive succession planning strategies to identify, develop, and retain key leadership talent.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with C-suite, business leaders, and HR teams to drive leadership development initiatives across the global organisation.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to integrate leadership development with overall talent management and workforce planning.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of leadership programs and cultural initiatives in a VUCA environment.
- Leverage HR analytics and market insights to measure the impact of leadership and organisational development programs.
