Position Overview :

SLI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting operations across its multi-jurisdictional legal structure. This role involves handling financial processes, including payroll, bank accounts, budgeting, and compliance with international and local accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the complete daily accounting, treasury and financial reporting function, in full compliance with US GAAP, for each legal entity within and managed by SLI.
• Maintain full general ledger, associated working papers, management of cash accounts, accounts payable / receivable activities and internal / external billing.
• Prepare monthly company and consolidated management accounts, including full analytical reviews of monthly operating results and parent group reporting requirements.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for strategy sessions and board meetings.
• Review of all financial information maintained externally for JV projects.
• Prepare the annual consolidated financial statements for audit; manage the year-end audit process and support external auditors and tax team.
• Coordinate accurate and timely tax filings.
• Assist on project financing and any other ad hoc tasks required by management.
