WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BAKER - PASTRY CHEF
- 2 years of professional baking or pastry experience
- Experience preparing artisanal flatbreads and savory handhelds
- Proficiency with pastry preparation and savory culinary techniques
- Strong creativity with the ability to innovate and design visually appealing and flavorful dishes
- Attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities
- Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy supplies
A culinary degree or specialized training in baking and pastry arts is preferred.
DAY-TO-DAY FOR A BAKER - PASTRY CHEF
As a Baker - Pastry Chef, your day will start with preparations for a variety of high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards.
