About the Role
The Trailer Specialist 's primary functions are to audit the completed trailer manifests for hazardous materials compliance and assist as needed in Dispatch.
What you'll do :
- Accurately prepare bill of ladings (BOLs) for drivers to haul containers to port. May include inputting, plugging and / or imaging / scanning.
- Process paperwork related to delivery receipts, manifests, faxes, damages, shortages, refusals, manifests, bills of lading and other types of paperwork.
- Update shipment tracking system when needed and help maintain timely data integrity.
- Interact with drivers and customers to keep up-to-date information on routes / route changes and schedules.
- Assign and route drivers, destinations, and timelines.
- Sort and distribute paperwork within the office.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment :
The hourly range for this position in Washington is $20.87 - $27.07. The hourly rate will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
