Partner – AI Digital Transformation Consulting and Professional Services

SPAN Consulting Services is expanding its footprint in the Americas and is looking for a dynamic leader to join the team.

This is a profit sharing partnership model where the partner can earn up to 50% of the profits of the book of business he or she manages.

As a Partner, you will be a key leader responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional technology solutions. You will oversee complex technology initiatives, provide strategic direction, and lead teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in IT consulting, enabling you to influence clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

Develop and execute strategies to grow the IT services portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to position the firm as a trusted IT advisor.

Client Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on emerging technologies and business challenges.

Leadership and Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Support recruitment and retention of top talent to build a high-performing team.

Strategic Planning :

Define and execute the firm's IT services strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Contribute to the firm's vision by providing thought leadership in IT and digital transformation.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial performance.

Innovation and Thought Leadership :

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Represent the firm at conferences, events, and in publications to enhance its market presence.

Drive the development of innovative solutions and service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

20 years of experience in IT consulting, including significant leadership roles.

Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and P&L responsibility.

Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage large teams and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
