Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including the use of logic controllers.
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
