District Operations Manager
SPAR is looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of District Operations Manager. District managers are responsible for managing the daily operations of a district, including budget management, planning the use of materials and human resources, customer service, operational efficiency, and safety programs. Having experience in big box retail, project scheduling, phase plan capability will be a tremendous benefit as you take on your new role as SPAR’s District Operations Manager. Your organizational and communication skills will be an asset as you oversee the budget and cost controls of each project, hiring, training, and coaching for improvement, requiring bold decision-making and strong leadership skills. Your ability to organize, track, problem solve, drive process improvement, and connect on both the staff and client level make you an ideal fit.
The District Operations Manager role is a prerequisite to the Regional Operations Manager position.
