District managers areresponsible for managing the daily operations of a district,including budget management, planning the use of materials andhuman resources, customer service, operational efficiency, andsafety programs. Having experience in big box retail, projectscheduling, phase plan capability will be a tremendous benefit asyou take on your new role as SPAR’s District Operations Manager.Your organizational and communication skills will be an asset asyou oversee the budget and cost controls of each project, hiring,training, and coaching for improvement, requiring bolddecision-making and strong leadership skills.
