Job Title: : Business Analyst with IAM & Sailpoint Experience Work Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite from Day 1) Need Only Locals) Duration: 6 Months Contract Requirement: We are looking for someone to work as a BA for the identity and access management aids. They need to know IT best practices, SailPoint, IAM Development lifecycle, worked in an agile environment, excellent written and oral communication, Visio, Power Point, MS Teams, and data collection and entry. Would like a CSM certification or PMI professional in Business Analysis or IIBA certified Business Analysis Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange are huge, and SailPoint IdentityNow. Job Summary: The Business Analyst for Identity and Access Management aids the end-to-end delivery of IT services to our customers, focusing on IAM functions. They are responsible for understanding and applying IT best practices across the IS organization while ensuring adherence to our processes leveraging our SailPoint platform. They will be involved in day-to-day activities for assigned tasks and initiatives. This will include the planning, prioritizing, tracking, providing status updates, preparing reports, and identifying performance measurements to drive a culture of continuous service improvement. This role will partner closely with leaders across the IS organization to drive performance improvements as well as working with the Identity and Messaging product team to request system changes. Essential Duties:

• Facilitate discovery, requirement gathering and update calls with key stakeholders.
• Develop and/or maintain reference materials, knowledge articles, and related training materials.
• Develop a working knowledge of the IS organization and use this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders to support service quality and delivery improvements for the IS organization.
• Support quality assurance within the IAM development lifecycle with functional testing and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing sessions with stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning sessions, prioritization meetings, build/deploy activities, and other priorities.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• 2 years of related industry experience in IT IAM platforms and systems.
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile development environment as a Business Analyst.
• Experience driving continuous process improvement based on industry standards and business goals.
• Ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to develop, document, and improve processes.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language).
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, which demonstrate unique problem-solving approaches.
• Customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• BS/BA degree in a related field and/or comparable industry-related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ScrumMaster certification (CSM).
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) Certification.

Specific Tools and Platforms Experience:

• Experience and solid understanding with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
• Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Least Privilege and Just in time (JIT) Administration.
• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow's Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow's lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver.
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow's integration with business systems and applications.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow's custom reporting capabilities.
