Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by sourcing leads through proactive outside sales efforts. Your creativity, self-starting attitude, and boundless energy will be your greatest assets as you build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will serve as the face of Spare Time Family Entertainment in the Huntersville/Charlotte community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and business partners through research and networking.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to create customized event packages and solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Spare Time at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the event planning process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, including commissions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development or outside sales.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for building relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem solver with strong negotiation abilities.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary, typically ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, including commissions.
