Job Summary

Daily Duties
- Inspecting rooms
- Scheduling & room assignments
- Training new hires and ongoing coaching
- Ongoing communication with front office and maintenance departments
- Ensuring high quality cleanliness standards
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Performing various housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
