We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Conduct gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring that each session is engaging and educational.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and floor exercises.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized instruction to students, helping them set and achieve personal goals in their gymnastics journey.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Organize and participate in gymnastic events, competitions, and showcases to promote student achievement.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or instructional capacity is highly desirable.
- Background in behavior management techniques to effectively handle diverse classroom dynamics.
- Experience in childcare or physical education is preferred to ensure a nurturing approach towards student development.
- A passion for sports coaching with the ability to motivate young athletes in their gymnastics pursuits.
