Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Driver

Job Description:
We are seeking a courteous and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide safe and efficient transportation for our hotel guests. The Shuttle Driver will operate the hotel's shuttle vehicle, offering pick-up and drop-off services between the hotel, airport, and nearby locations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, and to various nearby destinations as requested.
• Assist guests with boarding and disembarking the shuttle, ensuring a smooth and safe experience.
• Help guests with luggage and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the shuttle vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guests' needs and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage and other loads.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a driver is preferred but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
