Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hotel. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Uphold hotel policies and ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff
