Job Overview
As a Guest Service Agent at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Conduct night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
