We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our brand new Spark by Hilton hotel, a vibrant and innovative property with 78 rooms. As the General Manager, you will be the driving force and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations: Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team to achieve hotel goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all brand standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
