We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee revenue management processes to optimize occupancy rates and average daily rates.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance against goals.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Experience in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Familiarity with revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.

- Experience in resort management is advantageous but not required.
