Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Utilize PMS to track maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including working with schematics and using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by fabricating parts or components as needed.
- Execute welding tasks for repairs or modifications to equipment.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hilton is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and project management.
