Position Summary of the Business Development Associate :
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging and developing relationships with external clients (prospect & former), selling our service lines, and maintaining a prospect list. A critical focus will be exceeding sales objectives through setting meetings and strategically selling our services for our portfolio of companies.
Position Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate :
Intrapreneurial role that prospects, cultivates new sales partnerships, and builds relationships as a trusted partner for our top targets and former clientsThis role requires frequent cold calling (50 calls daily) and active prospecting to identify leads and set up in-person meetings with clients. Will also utilize direct messaging, job board & social media networking, and attend Industry specific networking eventsQualify outbound leads via phone, building rapport to set meetings or create opportunitiesInitiate sales by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, understanding account requirements, and the value proposition of our servicesMeet with prospective clients & former clients to understand their business, culture, and what the perfect candidate will be for them. Determine the talent acquisition objectives by advising with hiring leaders, key executives, and business ownersFocus on a consultative sales approach that concentrates on solving problems, adding value, and serving othersSell our service lines for the Portfolio of CompaniesAssignmentDirect HireEngagementsHR ServicesLog activity and complete client profiles in ATS, identifying all site locations, decision makers and org chart generationMinimum Requirements of the Business Development Associate :
