Position Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Required Experience:
• 8 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Web Developer
Required Qualifications:
• Complete knowledge of programming languages like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of website design best practices and UI/UX designs
• Well-versed knowledge in React
• Experience with state management like Redux, Zustand, or a similar library
• Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders and testing tools
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack and Module Federation
• Experience working with Cloud platforms such as MS Azure, AWS preferred
Required Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
• Using programming languages like HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS/AngularJS to create responsive web pages.
• Creating aesthetically appealing websites along with a friendly user interface design
• Following established code practices when undertaking user interface development
• Working closely with Designers and Backend Developers to ascertain client needs
• Optimizing websites, programs, and applications for better speed and functionality
• Gathering feedback from clients, technical staff, and conducting troubleshooting procedures
• Developing functional documentation and guidelines for other team members
• Creating prototypes for testing website functionality
• Conceptualizing website designs and placements
• Using analytical tools to determine website performance including website speed, load time, etc.
