Key Responsibilities
1. Global Training & Facilitation
- Facilitate virtual and in-person trainer workshops across diverse time zones and learning contexts.
- Equip trainers (educators, upskilling professionals) with the tools to customize content to their local settings and learner needs.
- Translate AI and Python concepts into engaging, beginner-friendly lessons, mindful of language barriers and varying digital fluency.
2. U.S. Program & Business Development
- Partner with the General Manager to position the company as a leader in AI and emerging tech education across U.S. community colleges and vocational programs.
- Assist with consulting projects to co-create AI education pathways with colleges, government agencies, and employers.
3. Content Co-Creation & Iteration
- Work with internal teams to evolve current AI programs and build new offerings.
- Provide structured feedback from global sessions to inform curriculum improvements.
- Help localize content for U.S. audiences, aligning with employer demand and skills frameworks.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in education, training, or facilitation.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical or digital skills education.
- Experience working across cultures and time zones is a strong plus.
Tech & Learning Aptitude
- Intermediate knowledge of Python and foundational AI/ML concepts.
- Curious and comfortable with explaining complex ideas to beginners.
- Familiarity with hackathons, collaborative prototyping, or “Vibe Coding” is a bonus.
Communication & Facilitation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presenter — both on Zoom and in person — with the ability to adapt tone and clarity to varied audiences (educators, professors, workforce leaders).
Mindset & Tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
