What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk position at Spark Systems?

Position Overview

Sparks is looking for an IT Temp to help the department update our systems’ Office software as well as prepare old equipment for recycling. This assignment will be for approximately 3 months with potential to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Update all systems with Office 2013 to the latest Office software
  • Inventory old assets and prepare them for recycling
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Understanding of account reconciliation
  • Excel skills
  • Notable critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, and excellent writing capabilities
  • Ability to commute to site of internship 3 days per week
  • Ability to learn new software and applications to perform duties successfully
  • Thrives in fast-pace environment
  • In pursuit of a college degree preferred
