CNC Lathe Setup / Operator
Position Type : Direct Hire – Long Term
Location : Troy, MI
Industry : Aerospace Manufacturing
Environment : Precision Manufacturing Facility
Pay : Up to $30 / hour (Potentially higher for exceptional experience)
Shift :
- 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Monday–Friday) and 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (Saturday).
- 2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM (Monday–Thursday) and 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (Friday).

Position Summary :
We are seeking a CNC Lathe Setup / Operator to support precision aerospace manufacturing operations. This role involves operating and setting up CNC lathe machines, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced environment.
