Benefits :Position Summary :
The Prototype Press Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating hydraulic presses in a prototype stamping environment. The role includes tasks such as die tryout, blank development, and performing quality checks to ensure high standards of production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prototype and soft tooling with the ability to read blueprints and bench and spot tooling as needed.
Position Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate hydraulic presses.
- Perform die tryout and blank development.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain production standards.
- Perform benching and spotting of tooling.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Prototype stamping experience (minimum of 3 years).
- Experience with soft tooling.
- Must have your own tools.
