About the role
The Director of Sales at SparkCharge will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth sales strategy to scale our business. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, and team leadership. The Director of Sales will focus on expanding SparkCharge's presence in fleet electrification, automotive, energy, and government sectors, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue through strategic deals and partnerships.
What you"ll do
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple customer segments (fleets, auto OEMs, government, and enterprise).
Own and drive revenue targets, ensuring consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Operations.
Work closely with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and execute targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
10 years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in EV charging, energy, fleet management, automotive, or mobility services.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales growth.
