Cleaning Technicians

Duties:

RESTROOMS, OFFICE SPACE, HALLWAYS, WALLS, FLOORS, CAFETERIA

Daily Tasks:

· Clean, disinfect and sanitize all wash bowls, counters, commodes, and urinals.

· Special attention shall be given to floors around commodes and urinals for elimination of odors and stains

· Restroom walls will be free of dirt and grafitti

· All mirrors, shelves, chrome fixtures, pipes and dispensers shall be damp wiped and wiped dry

· Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. (No exceptions)

· Refill hand towels, toilet tissue, sanitary dispenser liners and hand soap

· Hard sweep hard floor surfaces

· Damp mop hard floor surfaces using disinfectant

· Disinfect and sanitize all light switch plates and door handles

· Tabletops and desktops are to be wiped down (disinfect)

· Chairs will be wiped down and maintained

· Remove all cobwebs

· Damp wash all partitions

· Spot clean small spills and spots from flooring, as needed

· Spot clean walls, as needed

· Turn off room lighting

· Secure and lock all windows and doors

· Pour hot water down floor drains

· High dusting ceilings including vents and walls

· Damp wipe down all baseboards

· Damp wipe all door jambs and woodwork

· Spot clean windowsills and radiators

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 6 per week

Physical Setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
