Job Summary / Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with an International Logistics Organization to identify an AP / AR Specialist to join their accounting team. This a a contract to hire opportunity that will eventually result in a permanent hybrid opportunity. Well qualified candidates will have experience in Cargowise with over 2 years accounting experience.
Responsibilities : Accounts Payable
- Processing all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Verify discrepancies and resolve vendors billing issues
- Answer incoming inquiries from vendors
- Prepares reconciliation of vendor accounts as needed
- Consults with Team members and management as needed process vendor invoices
- Assist with month end close with accounts payable supervisor and accounting manager
