What You'll Do :
- Be a Contract Pro : Dive into billing and contract setup, ensuring alignment with terms and invoicing rules, setting the stage for smooth project execution.
- Master Invoice Management : Own the process! From setting up new customers and jobs to establishing milestones and fee schedules, you'll manage all the moving parts of contract billing and invoicing.
- System Savvy : Confidently configure LCATS, billing rates, and provisional rates within our systems.
- Collaborate and Connect : Partner with Contract Administrators, Project Control / Program Managers, and Accounts Receivable Specialists to deliver invoices that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Audit Support : Provide essential documentation to internal and external audit teams, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Make an Impact : Contribute to the overall success of our projects by ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.
