Job Summary / Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a local credit union to recruit Credit Union Call Center Representative. The Credit Union Call Center Representative serves as a crucial link between members and the credit union. This role involves professionally representing the credit union, delivering high-level service, and identifying and fulfilling member needs through appropriate products and services. The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of all our products, services, regulations, and operational procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Member Service : Be the first point of contact for members, handling loan / share requests, account maintenance, and resolving issues.
- Loan Processing : Evaluate and approve loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and following funding procedures.
- Financial Guidance : Assess member needs, recommend products and services, and deliver high-quality loan and account services.
- Sales & Referrals : Promote credit union products, handle objections, and meet sales goals through calls and referrals.
- Compliance & Security : Uphold credit union policies, regulations, and security measures to protect member information. (This combines Training, Security Awareness, and Compliance Adherence)
Qualifications / Background Profile :
This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range : Hourly $21.00 to $24.00
