Job Summary :
This role provides on-site technical support for office equipment, focusing on break-fix activities and customer service. Technicians will ensure equipment functionality, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair for office equipment, including basic maintenance and part replacements.
- Manage customer relationships, coordinate service requests, and provide end-user training.
- Maintain inventory, collect meter readings, and accurately report service activities.
