Job Summary :

This role provides on-site technical support for office equipment, focusing on break-fix activities and customer service. Technicians will ensure equipment functionality, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair for office equipment, including basic maintenance and part replacements.
  • Manage customer relationships, coordinate service requests, and provide end-user training.
  • Maintain inventory, collect meter readings, and accurately report service activities.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • This job is In-Person.
