Sparks Group has partnered with a leading professional association who is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented administrative assistant to fill the role of Education Coordinator. This is a full-time position for a highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong people skills. The Education Coordinator will primarily work from the Rockville, MD office.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support continuing education and professional development classes, including coordination with instructors and students.
- Proctor education classes, enforce commission rules, and maintain records of attendance. Provide students with proof of course completion as needed.
- Manage the distribution, coordination, and collection of course outlines, speaker information, and materials.
- Respond to general education-related inquiries received via phone and email.
- Update and maintain education information in the database.
- Compile evaluations of instructors and educational offerings, and prepare summary reports.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Provide support at conferences and events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range : Hourly $21.00 to $23.00
