Position Summary: The Marketing and Admissions Coordinator at Eventus Education will play a pivotal role in both managing our corporate and individual school brand presence on social media and overseeing the student enrollment process. This blended role involves creating engaging social media content for Eventus Education’s corporate brand as well as each school’s specific social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The role also includes developing a cohesive social media strategy that incorporates blog and podcast content for the CEO to promote across platforms. Additionally, this person will manage the end-to-end student enrollment process by contacting enrollment leads, scheduling tours for campus directors, and ensuring seamless CRM management from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Strategy
1. Content Creation & Posting
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly social media content for Eventus Education's corporate brand, including individual school Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Create visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics that align with the company’s values and brand voice, promoting key initiatives, events, and updates.
- Coordinate with campus directors and other departments to highlight specific school activities and events on social media.
2. Social Media Strategy Development
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Eventus Education’s overall goals and marketing objectives.
- Integrate blog and podcast content for the CEO into the social media strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing content reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to continuously evolve and optimize the company’s social media presence.
3. Engagement & Community Building
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build a community and foster positive relationships with families, prospective students, and staff.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the performance of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
Student Enrollment Management
1. Lead Management & CRM Oversight
- Act as the primary point of contact for all enrollment leads, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage tours for prospective families, ensuring a seamless experience with campus directors.
- Manage and track leads through the CRM system from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
2. Enrollment Process Coordination
- Collaborate with campus directors to ensure that enrollment procedures are smooth and families are guided through the process effectively.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and steps are completed for student enrollment, maintaining organized records.
- Provide ongoing support to prospective families, addressing questions, concerns, and needs throughout the enrollment process.
- Develop tour materials and collateral to enhance the parent experience when visiting any of our campus locations.
3. Communication with Families & Stakeholders
- Develop email templates, newsletters, and other communications to keep prospective families informed during the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and campus directors to ensure timely and consistent messaging to families.
- Develop and manage the corporate internal newsletter to create a clear message of unity across the network and highlight events and successes of our schools.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on enrollment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the status of leads, conversions, and enrollment trends.
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media and enrollment strategies, adjusting approaches as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
· Documented success in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
· 2 years of experience in social media management and/or student enrollment, preferably within education or a related industry.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and tools such as Hootsuite, Loomly, or similar.
· Experience in content creation, including graphic design (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic audio and video editing.
· Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar) and lead management.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating projects with various teams.
· A passion for education and helping families find the right fit for their children’s learning journey.
