Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a tree and vegetation management company and together we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join the team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with employee orientation, processing HR transactions, and responding to HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems such as Paycor, Workday, or ADP, and possess a strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records of E-Verify submissions and I-9 forms to ensure audit readiness.
- Assist in conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing new hires with relevant information and materials.
- Process HR transactions, including job changes, promotions, and terminations, in HR systems.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned to support the HR team and department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, assisting in audits as needed.
