Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Engineering firm who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist. This is a full-time, hybrid role with one remote day each week. We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who can contribute to a variety of functions some of which include: Recruiting, Sourcing, Onboarding, Benefits as well as attend Job Fairs . Responsibilities:
- Attend job fairs and open houses
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist with Benefit administration
- Recruit and screen candidates for hiring managers
- Schedule Interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
- Manage job postings for open reqs
Requirements:
- 3 years HR experience
- MSOffice - Intermediate
- ATS experience, Workable, Workday or other
- Flexible and able to manage multiple hiring managers with varying personalities and expectations
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Must pass a background check
