Marketing Image Researcher Job Summary :
We are seeking a Marketing Image Researcher to work fully remote on a contract basis, possibly contract to hire, to support a client that provides premier entertaining and education video subscription services. The Marketing Image Researcher performs and manages the research and selection of creative imagery to visually illustrate our products, drive customer response, and tell the story of the company’s brand. The Marketing Image Researcher takes full ownership of the marketing department’s image budget, image acquisition, licensing, and copyright clearance for in-house marketing efforts (digital, direct mail, and product packaging) and across third-party distributors.
Marketing Image Researcher Responsibilities :
- Perform and manage the research and selection of creative imagery that visually illustrates products, drives marketing efforts, and represents the brand.
- Manage intellectual property specifically within the marketing department, including acquisition, licensing, copyright clearance, third-party vendor invoicing, and proper IP crediting.
- Create and manage the annual budget for marketing imagery.
- Provide business cases and plans relating to further investments in imagery needs across marketing.
- Ensure cohesive brand imagery across all marketing touch points.
- Integrate imagery that effectively communicates key messages that align with marketing campaign goals.
- Establish best terms for business relationships when it comes to image acquisition and implementation.
- Understand key business objectives and help drive the business forward by proactively contributing strategically creative ideas.
