About the Position

The successful candidate will oversee the fabrication activities related to low-voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment production, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Leads a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
- Monitors team performance to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of fabrication tasks.
- Adjusts workflow to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Identifies potential safety hazards and implements corrective measures to mitigate risk.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience with punching, forming, welding, and other fabrication techniques and equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for production management.
Bonus Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Oracle NetSuite ERP experience.
