We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, understanding schematics, and performing electrical and plumbing tasks. The Renovator will work on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces.
- Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate restoration and construction.
- Perform electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Install flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, and laminate.
- Conduct construction inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Hang doors and install hardware with precision.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks throughout the renovation process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of remodeling techniques.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and plumbing installation is highly desirable.

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
